Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using FlipRadar. By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. About FlipRadar
FlipRadar is a subscription service that monitors eBay listings and sends email alerts when items are identified as potentially underpriced compared to their average market value. FlipRadar is operated as a sole trader business in the United Kingdom.
2. The Service
FlipRadar provides:
- Automated scanning of eBay UK listings
- Email alerts when items are identified as potentially profitable to resell
- Estimated profit calculations based on historical sold prices and eBay fees
FlipRadar is an information service only. We do not buy or sell items on your behalf, and we do not guarantee any specific results or profits.
3. Subscription and Payment
FlipRadar Pro is available for £9.99 per month, billed monthly via Stripe. A 7-day free trial is available for new subscribers. Your card will be charged at the end of the trial period unless you cancel beforehand.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Stripe billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.
4. No Financial Advice
FlipRadar does not provide financial, investment, or legal advice. All profit estimates are based on historical data and are for informational purposes only. Actual results will vary. You are solely responsible for any purchasing decisions you make based on our alerts.
5. No Guarantees
We do not guarantee:
- That any specific number of alerts will be sent
- That items alerted will still be available when you click the link
- That you will make a profit on any flip
- The accuracy of our price estimates
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to share your FlipRadar account with others. Each subscription is for one user only. You agree to use the service in accordance with all applicable UK laws.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlipRadar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or any purchasing decisions made based on our alerts.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
